Jean Baptiste and Nathalie's decision to form a professional partnership was made, somewhat aptly, over a good French meal. Now while his smile welcomes the guests, she presides over the kitchen. "We shared our experience and our passion to create our own bistro. When our customers leave us, they have enjoyed a wonderful meal in a special atmosphere."
La Petite France is located in an authentic 18th century farmhouse, just next to the village church in Le Paradou.
The natural charm and simplicity of the exposed stone walls and the majestic beam create a relaxed and welcoming environment, while the view through to the wine cellar will entice you to choose a bottle of wine that typifies the region and its vineyards. Jean Baptiste's excellent wine selection, broad experience and focus on impeccable service come from his background as sommelier in numerous top class establishments in this region. The choice of menu emanates from Nathalie's spontaneity on the day and her use of the best local produce available. Always aiming to surprise and delight her customers, she selects only seasonal products sourced exclusively from local producers. As a result, the Mediterranean-style dished typify the area and incorporate all its wonderful aromas and flavours.
